2023 Word of the Year Stacks

Do you have a word of the year? Do you need help landing on your word? If you want help picking your word, leave as many notes/bullet points listing areas in your life that you'd like to work on this year. I (Jackie) will take time to reflect on your notes and surprise you with a word of the year. 
 
*I (Jackie) have an undergraduate degree in Psychology (and Broadcasting) and a Masters in Communication, so I will be very thoughtful in identifying a word for you.
 
Aren't interested in a word of the year, you can add any name, initials, or word you'd like on these bracelets. They make lovely gifts. Or keep one for yourself and give the other one in the stack to a friend.
 
NOTES FOR CHOOSING YOUR WORD: Last year a dear friend charged our small mastermind group to read a book called, "One Word That Will Change Your Life."  We each went through the steps to land on a word that we will use to apply in the new year.  I wanted to do this again this year with a new deisgn. It's powerful to wear your word as a daily reminder.  Ask yourself these three questions (from the book):
 
-What do I need?
 
-What's in the way?
 
-What needs to go?
 
So what will your word be in 2023?
 
Mine is Embrace.  I want to Embrace the messes (looking at you Channing and Sylvia), uncomfortable situations, the hrad days, adventure, and whatever comes my way this year. I also want to literally embrace the people I love more often.
